Guiosvany Hernandez - Kidney Coordinator

I work at Naples Nephrology as a kidney coordinator. Our main role is to provide healthcare support to those in economically disadvantaged circumstances. We work together with Nephrologists, Physicians, and outpatient services to deliver quality care for our patients. To accomplish those goals, we do find ourselves collaborating with a wide range of experts to truly understand the condition of our patients. Our day-to-day includes Information sharing between providers, scheduling dialysis for new patients, and making sure patients’ appointments are scheduled and prepared before discharge. I’m dedicated to improving myself so that I can assist our patients as much as possible and make it easier for them to manage their care when they have renal disease.
